Palace Art and Office Supply: Policies

Palace Commercial Sales is a team of professionals available to work with you, your Purchasing Department, and your Accounts Payables to create a seamless order flow. Convenient FAX forms are available, standard or custom. For special needs, please contact your customer service team.

Terms: NET 10 EOM

Palace can offer unique statement formats and activity reports; subdivided by department; tracking PO usage; as well as product usage reports. Please feel free to inquire about special needs. See the credit application for more information.

Delivery

Palace Commercial Sales Division delivers from Santa Cruz County to North Monterey County, including Gilroy and Salinas.

  • Delivery is FREE for orders over $50.00*.
  • Orders under $50.00 may require a $5.00 handling charge.
  • Some Furniture Deliveries may require charges.

Assembly

Assembly of furniture and other products is available; please call customer service @ 831-476-3815 for scheduling and fees.  

Returns and Credits: Fast and Flexible

Delivery Shortages and damaged items must be reported within 48 business hours of delivery.

Palace statement periods close on the 25th of each month. Credit requests are processed after all necessary research is completed to determine credit value; credit will appear on the next EOM Statement. Call Customer Service at 831-476-3815 for instructions on how to get your return picked up.

1-30 days

Palace offers a full refund on all items* from our Full Line Annual Catalog returned within 30 days of original order on order-errors, damages and mis-ships. All packing materials must be complete and included and item in resellable condition; for damaged or defective items, all packing materials must be complete.

  • *Machines, furniture and electronic equipment require complete packaging and paperwork for return, and may be subject to unique return requirements and restocking fees. Please check with customer service for more information on your specific situation.
  • *Items requiring assembly are non-returnable once assembled.
  • *Custom items are non-returnable.
  • *For special order items from outside our full-line catalog, return privelages vary; please call customer service for information.

31-60 days

Palace offers an 85% refund on all undamaged and resellable items from our Full Line Annual Catalog returned after 30 days but within 60 days of original order. For order-errors and mis-ships, all packing materials must be complete and included and item in resellable condition.Defective items older than 26 days fall under manufacturer’s warranty; please refer to your warranty information.

60+ days

Palace can offer no refund on items from our full-line catalog beyond 60 days from original order.
